Shipping policy

Shipping rates are generated automatically on orders that meet the 'calculated shipping rate' requirements. These requirements are any box weight less than 30kg/66lbs and any box small enough for carrier shipping.

Orders that have a calculated shipping rate, are done so by FedEx. This is a total cost for packaging, shipping and insurance. Tracking numbers are sent to the customer.

Any order that has requested a shipping quote, will not be fulfilled until the shipping charges are paid. Uniquities will look into providing the best possible shipping rate through an option of many freight companies. "Contact For Shipping Rate" payment will be handled off site.

If the customer wishes to organize their own shipping method, we can recommend, for larger items: Duckerings International, DHL. For smaller items: CanadaPost, UPS, FedEx, DHL. Please contact the shipper of your choice for a quote. Shipping is the responsibility of you the buyer. Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. will not be held responsible for items entrusted to a third party shipper. Should you wish to use our service for crating only, please contact us for a quote.
