Refund policy

Returns Customer satisfaction has always been a priority at Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for the purchase price, (less original shipping and packing costs and credit card fees). If you wish to return the item, you must notify us with 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will authorize a refund provided your item is returned in the same condition as when purchased and within 14 days. A restocking fee may apply. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging. Full insurance is also required at the Buyer’s cost. Refund for purchase price minus original shipping and packaging costs and credit card fees will be issued to original payment source once returned item is received in original condition.

Items purchased locally may be returned within 5 days for store credit only. Items must be returned in original condition with a valid store receipt. For the return of larger items such as furniture, fees for pick up or delivery are the responsibility of the client.

Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. stands behind our merchandise and attempts to describe and photograph each piece as accurately as possible. Colour may vary on different monitor screens. Most of our items are authentic antique and vintage pieces which shows signs of age related wear. By purchasing from Uniquities Architectural Antiques Inc. you are acknowledging the antique and vintage nature of the items offered for sale.

Late or missing refunds If you do not receive the approved refund, first check your bank account or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded. For items on sale or special offer, the price is final and there are no refunds.
